Welcome to Kingswood Medical Centre
With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need.
As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.
Please wear face coverings when visiting the surgery
Covid-19 protections are still in place in our practice. In line with Government guidance patients are required to wear a face covering in all healthcare settings.
We take the safety of our patients and staff very seriously, whilst trying to mitigate the risk of the COVID-19 infection spreading following NHSE guidance within a health care setting and being able to continue to offer a good service to our patients.
Due to the patient safety screening process, please contact the surgery via telephone to make an appointment. If you do have an appointment at the surgery, we ask that only the patient attends the appointment without any family members if they are not needed. This is to help reduce the footfall of patients in the surgery.
For information regarding Covid-19 pandemic please visit the NHS website or the government website for regular updates.
Get Well, Keep Well
Of course we’re not just here for when you are unwell. Our team of healthcare professionals and back-up staff offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and wellbeing whatever your medical condition.
