Sabina Janaqi - Business Manager
The Business Manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, equipment and information technology.

Mrs Jane Warden - Operations Manager 
The Operations Manager is focusing on the day-to-day operability of the practice, championing service delivery, quality & confidentiality, collaborative working, learning and development and promoting a positive working environment.

Care Navigators

Our care navigators are the first point of call for all patients. They are specially trained professionals to triage and signpost to the most suitable appointment and make sure you get the right care. They may need to ask questions to try and help in the most appropriate way.
Anything you tell them will be treated with absolute confidence.

Administration

The surgery has a complement of support staff comprising Senior Receptionist, Medical Secretary and Administration Clerks.
